Mischa Barton was arrested the morning of December 27 for driving under the influence of alcohol and possessing marijuana. The 21-year-old actress was pulled over at 2:45 AM on La Cienega Boulevard in West Hollywood after officers saw her car straddling two lanes and failing to signal for a turn.
Barton was arrested for investigation of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license, possessing a controlled substance and possessing marijuana, according to a press statement from sheriff Sgt. John Hocking.
She was held for about seven hours in the West Hollywood jail before being released on $10,000 bail.
